  • 1/4 Mile lap around the CHOP

The 95+

PART 1 – A deck of cards and optimism!

  • Hearts – Pushups (Merkins)
  • Spades – Squats
  • Diamonds – VUps
  • Clubs – Bicep Curls and Overhead Presses with Cinder Block (Coupon)

Start off with 3 cards at a time. The suite of the cards tells you the exercise and the number tells you the reps.

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack (10), Queen (10), King (10), Ace (11) = 95 for each exercise. The “+” comes from additional surprise sets that the Jokers can bring.

Quarter way through the deck we hit the 1st Joker. It meant Bear Crawls 100 feet and 10 Squats at the end. Then Bear Crawls back 100 feet.

Half way through the deck we took a quick break for the 3rd F.

3RD F

Evil is dangerous. However, there is something equally as dangerous, if not more. Indifference. Indifference means lack of interest, concern, or sympathy; it is a mater of unimportance.

  • The opposite of love is not hate, its indifference.
  • The opposite of faith is not heresy, its indifference.
  • The opposite of life is not death, its indifference.

The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.

PART 2 – Half a deck and more suck to go!

Continue on with the deck. Pick up the pace, not much time left. We hit the 2nd Joker by 3/4 of the deck. That meant another 1/4 Mile lap around the CHOP.

Finish off the deck, you can cry after.
