ROCKY 1
- Start at one end of the block
- 40 Jabs
- Sprint to other end of the block.
- 20 Squats curl weights
- 20 side straddle hops. Sprint Back
- Repeat 2x.
Rocky 2
- 40 Jabs + Cross Combo
- Lunge Up Sidewalk
- 20 1 Arm Alternating Merkins – Harder than it looks
- 20 Squats arms out holding weights
- Nur Back
- Repeat 2x
Rocky 3
- 30 Jab, Cross, Hook, Hook
- Sprint Up
- 20 Squats press weights
- 20 LBCs
- REPEAT 2x
