Warmup: 25 SSH, 15 Cherry Pickers, 15 Moroccan Night Clubs, 15 Windmills, and Mosey around block Union to Tobin to Mulberry to Willow and side entrance to lot.

The Thang: Bring Sally Up Challenge; Yeti (Bear) Crawl Ring of Fire: 5 Rounds Yeti Crawl until Q says stop before each type of Merkin, 10 each PAX 1 at time while rest of PAX holds plank, Merkins, Diamond Merkins, Werkins, Right Arm Staggered, Left Arm Staggered.

F3 Message: Hope. We all need hope whether in our personal lives, work, church, etc. even when things are going good and especially when not going good. Bible verses shared: Isiah 40:31, Jeremiah 29:11, Colossians 1:27, Philippians 1:6, Romans 5:5, and Romans 15:13. Good verses to think about when dealing with whatever situations life may present us in our daily lives.

The Thang 2:Bat Wings 4 Count: 20 Forward Arm Circles, Hold, 20 Backward Arm Circles, Hold, 20 Seal Claps, Hold, 20 Overhead Claps. ATMs: 15 4 count shoulder taps each arm. 10 Tempo Merkins 1-2-3 down 4 up, and 10 fast Merkins. Super Toy Soldier Set: 50 LBCs 35 E2Ks 20 Big Boys.

Circle up for Number and Name-O-Rama. Announcements: Thursday workout moved to Friday at 5:15 for WBOC crew availability. Prayers: Chairmans Mom Brenda cotinues to deal with infections in ankle from May 2018 surgery. Pray for healing and that doctors can resolve the issue. Pray for couple in Chappies congregation that is dealing with marital issues and that they find the strength, wisdom, and love to deal with their situation. Thankful for all those HIM that posted and those who couldnt. Hope WBOC can make Friday morning, for good turnout Friday to show others in community what we are about, and some watching will want join us. Pray for all 1st responders and those in military that sacrifice each day.

Warmup: 20 SSH, 15 Cherry Pickers, 10 Finkle Swings each leg, 10 Nancy Kerrigans each leg.

The Thang 1: Mosey up Union Street to 16 and back Mulberry Street to Shipbuilders field. William Wallace: 4 Corners with  Teams of 2 with Q jumping in as a 3rd wheel! Round 1: Corner does LBCs while teammate sprints to middle of field and does 25 Burpees and sprints back; Round 2:Corner Plank & Middle Field 25 Merkins; Round 3: Corner American Hammers & Middle Field 50 Squats; Round 4: Corner Plank & Middle Field 25 Hand release Merkins. 10 Count and break for F3 message.

F3 Message: Friendship. We all have friends but do you know your true friends? Proverbs 12:26 The godly give good advice to their friends; the wicked lead them astray.  Proverbs 16:28 A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.  Proverbs 17:17 A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need.  Ecclesiates 4:9-12 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

We have a lot of aquaintaices but we need to know who are true friends are.

The Thang 2: Mosey back up Mulberry, cut over to Union with jail break at end. 10 Count.  Super Toy Soldier Set 50 LBCs-30 E2Ks-20 Big Boys. 15 Ranger Merkins 15 Diamond Merkins 15 Wide Armed Merkins 25 Flutter Kicks.  Toy Soldier led ABCs lower case and Hideous led 4 Count Freddie.

Count off followed by Name-O-Rama.  Circle up.  Thanks to all those that posted and be with those who didnt post.  Prayers and thanks for Toy Soldiers friends Dad Sandy pulling through coma and continue to be with him and his famiy, continued prayers for Qs mom, prayers for healing of Hideous’s ankle and Chappie’s chest, and prayers for all those in harms way on daily basis whether our troops or 1st responders.

Warmup: 20 SSH, 15 Cherry Pickers, 15 Moroccan Night Clubs, and 15 Windmill all in cadence

The Thang 1: Mosey to fire house.  Run up 21 fire house steps and run down.  21 Merkins. Repeat running up and down steps with descending Merkins count from 21 to 1.  Mixed in some ranger and diamond merkins from 8 count down to last rep being a hand release burpee.

F3 Message: Thinking about Darth Visor and dealing with Tragedy.  Everyone has to deal with tragedy when someone dies unexpectedly, whether mother, father, sibling, child, friend, etc.  During those times we put our faith in God.  The bible says: Psalm 55:22 “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” Psalm 56:3 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”

The Thang 2: Mosey back to AO. 10 Burpees.

    The Thang1: 100 yard sprint, 10 Merkins, & 10 count X 16

    Break for F3 Message: Calm in times of stress.  Q discussed bringing home newly purchased car (thanks deer) only to discover a dent on fender and other situations we are presented with whether work or personal where we need to try to stay calm.  Bible verses referenced:

    Corinthians 12:10 When you done everything you can do that’s when God will step in and do what you can’t do.

    Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

    Isiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

    Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

    The Thang2: 100 yard sprint, 10 Merkins, & 10 count X 6.  55 yard sprint (due to time), 10 Merkins, & 10 count X 8.

    Total for day: 2,640 yards of sprints & 300 Merkins.

    Circle up for Name-O-Rama.  Prayers for Vanilla leaving for Lynchburg for the weekend, Waterfall’s newborn and is sister-in-law, Vanilla and Stretch’s upcoming newborns, and all 1st responders and armed service members.

    The Warmup: 20 SSHs IC, 22 Smurf Jacks IC, 21 Seal Jacks IC, 21 Moroccan Night Clubs IC, 21 Cherry Pickers IC

    The Thang: Mosey to Union St, Tobin Dr, Mulberry Street to grass field in front of Shipbuilders Village.  All rounds add up to 21 reps starting with 1 American Hammer (side to side back to center = 1), 55 yd dash, 20 Merkins, 55 yd dash; 2 AHs 55 yds, 19 Merkins, 55 yds…until 20 AHs, 55 yds, 1 Merkin, 55 yds.  In a display of teamwork, the 6 was picked up with all Pax joining for last  3  rounds.

    Break for F3 message about character.  Q discussed the need for character to do whats right whether be in your job or in general and how surrounding ourselves with other HIM is important.  Bible references were Corinthians 15:33 Bad company corrupts good character. Phillipians: 4:8 Finally, brothers and sistets, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things. Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  Against such things there is no law.  Proverbs 10:9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.  Psalm 25:21 May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, Lord, is in you.  Titus 2:7-8 In everything set them an example by doing what is good.  In your teaching show integrity, seriousness, and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

    The Thang2: Mosey Mulberry St to Willow St back to AO.  Super Toy soldier set 50 LBCs 25 E2Ks 20 Big Boys.  Finish off with 21 Burpees with all Pax jumping in to finish off ladt 2 rounds with the 6.
