I was blowing the rep count! First 3 rounds I kept doing 10 reps, instead of counting down 10, 9, 8… Duh! Oh, well. Extra credit. YHC just got stronger! Plus, I did run across the street a get a kiss from my M who was running by somewhere between round 9 & 8. Talk about modifying! Yeah!
